Olive Pomace Oil

POYRAZ Pirina Olive Oil is made from olive pomace oil and oils obtained directly from olives.

Firms commonly use high-grade versions of pomace olive oil in cooking. Some people prefer it because it has a very high smoke point of 464° Fahrenheit (240° Celsius), making it particularly good for frying. However, many chefs and experts dislike it because it does not have the aroma or strong taste of the higher grades available, but the softness may be fine in kitchens where the strong olive flavor may clash with other ingredients.
