BULGUR PİLAVI
10 bell peppers
2 finely chopped green peppers.
1 cup of bulgur
1 tablespoon of dried mint
1 teaspoon dried mint
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon of olive oil
salt/ allspice
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of raisins
1 tablespoon of currants
Remove the stems of the peppers, remove the seeds thoroughly.
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Wait for the tars to mix together, then fill the peppers with this mixture. Arrange the stuffed peppers in a large bowl with their mouths up. Put 5 glasses of warm water in it and cook it on low heat until the water evaporates. Place the cooked dolmas on the baking tray, Lightly fry it for about 10 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Serve either cold or hot.
